Click on Find Your Team Store. Type in Bethpage:

Select Bethpage Intramurals from the drop down menu:

Type in LAST NAME of player and any uniform number your child would like:

Intramural Uniform Kit is shown below. The Blue Shirt is needed, the White Shirt is Optional. Note that reversible jerseys are no longer in production.
